- 2 tablespoons Cornflour
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup Thick curd
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Milk if needed
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Coffee powder
- 4 drops Vanilla essence
- 2 cups Chocolate ganache
- 3 cups Whipped cream
- As required Sugar decorations of choice

- First, make sure all the cake ingredients are at room temperature. Then preheat the oven at 170°c for 10 minutes. Sieve all the dry ingredients in a bowl and keep them aside. Grease a round cake tin with butter. Then dust with flour and tap away excess. Then line the base with butter paper and grease and dust the paper too. Keep aside till use.

- Whisk the curd and sugar till creamy. Then add the oil, vanilla and mix well. Then fold in all the dry ingredients into wet in small batches. - Take out the cake and cover it with a kitchen towel. Cool completely. Keep in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Till then, whip the cream till stiff peaks form. Then add the icing sugar and whip well.

- Then take out the cake, cut it 3 layers with a sharp knife. Keep the layers on separate plates. Take a cake board on the turntable and spread some cream in the center. Take the bottom layer on the cake board. Then spray it with water. Spread the chocolate ganache evenly in a thick layer. Then layer with whipped cream. Then place the second cake layer and repeat the process.
- Then cover the cake from sides and top with a layer of whipped cream. Then spread ganache on top and smooth out the surface.Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Till then, divide the cream in 3 parts. Colour one part peach orange, the other pink and the rest of the icing can be left white.Then mix all well with a spoon. Fill each icing in piping bag fitted with star nozzle.
- Pipe Rosettes on the sides and and on the edge. Also fill the ganache in piping bag and pipe out rossets. Decorate with sugar sprinkles nad silver balls. Chill for 1 hour and serve sliced. Enjoy!
