  10. 1 tsp Vinegar
  11. 1 pinch Salt
  12. 400 ml Whipping cream
  13. 2 cups Choco chip

Steps to make to make Chocolate cake

  1. Sift all dry ingredients wheat flour, coco powder, baking soda and bakiNG powder, and salt and mix well.
  2. Now take an egg beat it add sugar oil vanilla essence and beat on medium speed for 2 mins. Then add milk vinegar mix well.
  3. Finally add half the dry mixture and mix it slowly then add rest half and mix nicely.
  4. Grease a pan with oil put parchment paper and pour this mixture. 20 mins before preheat the pot or kadai on high flame put salt beneath so that the vessel does nt get spoil.
  5. Place the batter for baking for 30 mins on med low flame.
  6. After it's ready check with the tooth pick. Now heat
  7. Heat the choco chip for 30 sec and melt chocolate and mix the cream 100 ml and stir to prepare the Ganash. Other part of liq cream whip it add the melted chocolate and make frosting
  8. Cut the cake into 3 layers apply the frosting and milk on th layers one by one. Refrigerate it for half and hour. Now pour the chocolate Ganache and make florals with the frosting using piping bag and star nozzle. I have tried it for first time. Decorate your cake as you like.....
